Norican Group Launches the Norcian Employee App.

Problem:
Norican Group is home to four leading, globally operating technologies that specializes in Vertical Molding Technology for the casting of Gray Iron, Ductile Iron and Aluminum and Surface Preparation Technology for the cleaning, strengthening and polishing of metallic components. They have multiple subsidiaries in multiple geographies and do not have a singular communication channel to communicate and get feedback from employees globally in a fast, convenient way.

Need:
Norican came to hubEngage looking for a way to engage employees globally across multiple operating brands with communications and engagement. They were looking for ways to gain feedback from employees, communicate directly to and gamify the experience to make it fun and educationally.

Solution:
Norican used hubEngage’s employee communications and engagement app platform to create their custom employee app. They also installed kiosks in industrial environments to make access convenient. They have used the platform for crowdsourcing ideas, consolidate feedback and then communicate directly back to employees on best practices and innovations.

Result:
After the first year of deployment, Norican is seeing higher engagement and employee satisfaction levels globally. Employees enjoy using their app to get the latest news and also be rewarded for their feedback and participation in company culture.
