- Age: Learn how people of different generations respond to certain motivational tools in the workplace.
- Years active: Find out whether employees who have worked with your organization longer are more loyal, more productive, or otherwise different from newer hires.
- Hierarchy: You could also segment employee surveys by hierarchy, such as managerial levels.
