Chris has more than 20 years of human capital management experience in implementation, service, support, and project management. Chris has over a decade facilitated dozens of lectures, conferences webinars, and instructor lead courses in human resources, payroll, and finance.
Chris has served as a senior executive in multiple organizations. Most recently he serves as Managing Partner for Oquirrh View Enterprises, a Business Management Consulting Firm. Prior to Oquirrh View Enterprises he served as Executive Vice President of Client Success for Findd, Inc. Findd specializes in Time and Labor, Workforce Management, and Human Capital Management software solutions. Chris has spent his entire career in operations management, business process outsourcing, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and human resources.
Chris holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, as well as an HRCI/SHRM-SCP designation.
